Venezuela president Nicholas maduro has ordered that military exercises take place next weekend ,saying trouble makers were fomenting violence to justify a foreign invasion .Maduro declared a 60 days state of emergency on Friday due to what he called plot from within Venezuela and united state to subvert him .
